Bidet mixers
As soon as enough free space can be found in the bathroom, it is definitely worth considering installing a bidet. Some people cannot even imagine intimate hygiene without this convenient solution. Besides the bowl itself, comfortable use of this bathroom fixture is also determined by the bidet mixer, also known as a bidette. For this reason, bidet mixers are strongly represented in Balneo's range. Our designers know our customers' expectations very well, which is why every bidet mixer in our range is an ergonomic accessory that also has a positive effect on the visual side of the bathroom's design. We invite you to choose the optimal bidet mixer made of stainless steel!
A bidet mixer, or comfort and the highest level of hygiene
Although bidets are not found in every Polish home, users who have got used to them rarely give up this solution in the future. A bidet mixer allows comfortable and quick intimate hygiene without the need to take a bath and undress. For an increasing number of bathroom owners it is becoming an essential fitting. A bidette, consisting of a flexible hose and a hand shower with a trigger button, works extremely precisely and gives a feeling of comfort, which is why it can increasingly be found not only at bidets but also at toilet bowls.
Concealed bidette or exposed bidette?
When finishing or renovating a bathroom, an important decision needs to be made, one that also applies to many installations in the room. The two alternatives are a concealed bidette and an exposed bidette. Both solutions have their fans, but also clear consequences that become apparent in the future.
Concealed bidet mixer
A concealed bidette is a solution especially liked by fans of minimalism and austerity in room design. According to this philosophy, the more bathroom accessories and fittings that can be hidden in the wall, the more attractive the room looks. A concealed bidet mixer makes it somewhat easier to keep the room clean, because part of the installation is not visible to the eye.
Exposed bidette
While for larger bathroom fittings the ability to hide them under plaster has huge consequences for the available floor space, especially in small rooms, a bidet mixer breaks somewhat with this trend. Its small size is what decides everything. An exposed bidette is such a small device that, clearly protruding from the wall, in practice it makes little difference, and discreet installation is possible anyway. A bidet mixer placed entirely on the plaster surface allows for easier and less costly installation, and consequently servicing, if that becomes necessary in the future. Cleaning it is not a laborious task, and its attractive design can mean it fits well into the interior's design.
A bidet mixer with a universal design
Visual aspects are definitely one of the strongest points of our bidet mixers. We chose a timeless aesthetic in the form of rounded shapes with a touch of minimalism. Thanks to this, a bidette from the Balneo shop can suit both a contemporary interior and one referencing a retro style. The chosen design of our exposed shower mixers works perfectly together with their ergonomics in terms of the shape and position of the trigger button. A well-thought-out design translates into a well-thought-out choice on the buyer's part!
Bidet mixers in varied colour variants
So that a bidette fits even better with a carefully planned bathroom design, we have made attractive colour variants available to our customers. In recent years, black has proven to be a real hit in bathroom fixtures – still fairly unconventional, yet universal, combining excellently with the white of the ceramics and other colours found in the room.
Fans of retro-style bathrooms, or those wishing to bring a touch of luxury to the interior, will probably like a gold-coloured bidet mixer. Such classic designs still enjoy great popularity. Another interesting choice is an inox-coloured bidette. This is another proposal with a fairly universal character. There is a good chance that, years later, when the bathroom is renovated and gets a new design, the bidet mixer will remain one of the unchanged elements.
A stainless-steel bidet mixer – a safe choice for years to come
It is worth noting that the bidet mixers available at the Balneo shop are made of stainless steel, a material that performs excellently in bathrooms due to its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Steel offers a high aesthetic standard while also not being sensitive to damage during cleaning. The bidet mixer's smooth operation, meanwhile, is determined by its ceramic head. This combination translates into high reliability.
A bidet mixer alongside other bathroom fittings
Many customers value the Balneo shop not only for the top quality of our products but also for the ability to fit out a bathroom almost completely. Our bidet mixers are compatible with the bidets in our range, as well as visually consistent with other mixers – for the shower, basin and bath.
FAQ
What water flow should a good bidet mixer have?
For intimate hygiene purposes, the optimal value is around 5–7 l/min. The bidet mixers available at the Balneo shop have a flow rate of 6 l/min, which allows very comfortable washing. Higher values remain impractical for this use.
Should a bidette have the same design as a basin mixer?
Of course this is not a requirement, but experience shows that a bidette and a basin mixer, and other mixers in the room, that share the same colours and design look considerably better in the room together.
Do bidet mixers from the Balneo shop have a warranty?
Yes, we give a five-year warranty on the mixers and the ceramic head, and our bathroom accessories almost always serve their users for considerably longer!
