Return items you bought from us easily and cheaply at any InPost Parcel Locker

In our store, you don't have to worry about the size you chose not fitting or otherwise not meeting your expectations. Thanks to our store's integration with cheap InPost Parcel Locker returns, you can shop stress-free, without worrying that returning a purchased item will be a hassle.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 90 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 90 days of withdrawing from the contract. All returns in our store are handled through a very simple returns wizard, which lets you send the return package back to us via an InPost Parcel Locker.

We chose InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments because of:

  • Simple handling of returning items to our store - you select the item to return or claim, generate and print a label for the package, and drop it off at any Parcel Locker in Poland (please remember that the generated label is valid for 30 days);

Please note: Returns via InPost Parcel Lockers are only possible if the package fits within the maximum dimensions of 41 x 38 x 64 cm and does not exceed a weight of 25 kg. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the Customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the return package being delivered to our warehouse.

2 Send the package Put the packed item together with the return document in a box and seal it well.
3 Refund You will receive your refund within 90 days of us receiving the return.

Details on the steps for submitting a return:

  • Log in to your account, then select the item you would like to return in the returns panel;

  • In the next steps, select the return by clicking the "I'll use the store's shipments" option and choosing the form in which you want to receive your refund;

  • Generate the return documents along with the address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;

  • Put the packed item together with the return document in a box intended for shipping and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received your ordered items. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send the package quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the package dimensions may not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm or a weight of 25 kg.

  • We will issue the refund, in the form selected in the returns wizard, within 90 days of the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or until you provide proof that it has been sent back.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
