The mirrors are packed in a sturdy carton. They are properly secured for transport. We have not had any complaints about mirror damage during transport.
The light source is a Philips LED strip, but in every case it is covered by a decorative acrylic light guide that provides a pleasant and soft light diffusion. From no side of the mirror do you see the "bare" LED strip with visible light points, as is the case with competitors.
